I forgot my password. How do I retrieve it?
Click here to get to the Forgot Password page. After you submit your login ID, a link will be provided so that you can reset your password. If you encounter additional difficulties, please contact an NC3 representative for help.
Why can’t I change an existing order?
Only active orders can be modified. If you need to make a change to an order that is in progress, please contact an NC3 representative. Orders that are in transit or delivered, also can not be changed.
How do I add a kit to my account?
Please contact an NC3 representative to add a kit to your account.
Can I add new inventory to my account?
Only someone on the NC3 shipping team can add or subtract inventory to client accounts. Please contact an NC3 representative to discuss your needs.
Can I place an order to ship internationally?
Yes. Please enter your shipping details as you normally would, however please enter the Country and a phone number, so that we can fulfill the order accurately. If you have any questions, please contact an NC3 representative.
